| History | | Bandar Utama was initially a palm oil estate that was developed by See Hoy Chan Holdings in the 1990s. It became very popular with the opening of One Utama and TV3 Head office. To add to the prestigious clientele, it also currently houses Kolej Bandar Utama, an international tertiary education facility. The residents are mostly new, upmarket, young and not so young professionals with growing children, hence the number of schools within the area. |
